Heavy snow, strong winds, and blowing snow are creating hazardous driving conditions across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, with rain transitioning to freezing rain and icy surfaces in southern areas. These conditions are contributing to transportation challenges.
As a result, shipments moving through the Prairies may be subject to delays.
